In order to combat sky rocketing utility costs I, along with other members of the Assembly Republicans Caucus, have written a letter to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), requesting that they offer eligible rebates to consumers in order to offset the skyrocketing costs that have hit our communities hard.
